Project Submission Form — Now Open

The submission form for the hackathon is officially open.

👉🏼 **CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT YOUR PROJECT.** It's going to take you 5-8 minutes to complete. Take your time, submission is a key part of this process. 👈🏼

Submission Checklist

Use the same emails for all team members that you used to register on Luma. Please ensure you follow all guidelines precisely. Non-compliant submissions may be rejected.

🕒 Deadline

Today, 12:30 PM (local time).

Late submissions are not accepted, except in cases of proven technical failure.

🔗 Submission Requirements

• Only links may be submitted (no file uploads).
• Ensure all assets (PDFs, slides, repos, demo videos) are uploaded and accessible publicly before filling the form.
• Your submission email must match your prior registration — we recommend submitting as early as possible to allow time for verification and corrections.

👥 Team & Presentation Rules

• No team size limits.
• At least one team member must be onsite to present the project.

If you encounter issues while preparing or submitting your project, you can:

• Talk to a DevRel team member (wearing identifiable vests)
• Or contact the organisers directly via chat

You may update your submission before the deadline by notifying the organisers.
