For the Polkadot main track, your task is to submit a proof of concept for a project you plan on continuing to launch an MVP for after the hackathon. You have two choices:
- Submit as a SHIP-A-THON project: Ship working code. Impress the judges with something deployed on testnet + functional UI. This is for teams who are dedicating their time to getting their technical implementations right. Perfect for teams who plan to continue working on a past hackathon submission.
- Submit as an IDEA-TON project: Present your idea and working prototype. Research + planning. Architecture docs + market validation. This is for teams looking to validate new ideas.

Your mission:
- 🔍 Build a proof of concept of an original idea (or use our idea pool for inspiration) or continue building out a project from a past hackathon submission
- 📊 Present your proof of concept with a clear Milestone 2 Plan showing how you'll launch an MVP in 6 weeks
- ✨ Stack bounties! Integrate partner tech stacks (Arkiv, Hyperbridge, XX Network, Kusama) into your main track submission for maximum prizes
