1. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (Hereinafter, the "Terms") regulate participation in the sub0 Buenos Aires Hackathon, organized by WEBZERO PTE. LTD. in collaboration with NERDCONF within the framework of the sub0 conference (Hereinafter, the "Event"). Registration and participation in the Event imply full and unconditional acceptance of all provisions contained in these Terms, as well as the specific rules of each track and bounty, the CODE OF CONDUCT , and the official communications issued by the organization.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

• Participant: any individual or Team member who registers for or attends the Hackathon.
• Team: a group of one or more Participants collaborating on a single Submission.
• Submission: the final project or deliverable a Team submits for judging.
• Remote Participation: taking part in hackathon activities, including coding, mentoring, and pitching, exclusively via online channels without physical presence at the Venue.
• Releasees: collectively, NERDCONF and WEBZERO PTE. LTD. (Hackathon Organisers), and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and contractors.
• Venue: Bubble Studio, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

3. Participants and Age Restrictions

All natural persons over eighteen (18) years of age who have full legal capacity in accordance with applicable legislation, who meet the established registration requirements, and who expressly accept these Terms may participate in the Event. At least one Team member must be present in person at the Venue to present the Submission to judges.

4. Registration Process

Registration for the Event will be carried out exclusively through the official channels designated by the organization. Participants must provide true, complete, and updated information. The organization reserves the right to request, at any time, additional documentation to verify identity or compliance with participation requirements. The personal information declared by the participants will remain their exclusive property and will be used solely to verify the legal requirements for admission, with the participant being exclusively responsible for its accuracy and truthfulness.

5. Hackathon Window and Submission Deadline

• Official Hackathon Window: Official hacking begins at 11:00 AM local time (Buenos Aires, Argentina) on Friday, November 14, 2025, and ends at 12:00 PM local time (Buenos Aires, Argentina) on Sunday, November 16, 2025.
• Submission Deadline: All Submissions must be completed and submitted by 12:00 PM local time (Buenos Aires, Argentina) on Sunday, November 16, 2025.
• Strict Deadline Enforcement: No Submissions will be accepted after the 12:00 PM deadline unless explicitly authorized in writing by the organization prior to the deadline. Late submissions will be automatically disqualified without exception.
• Eligible Work: Only work created during the official hackathon window will be evaluated. Pre-existing projects may be submitted if substantial new features are implemented during the official window, but only the new work will be judged.
